Following the Calawis water plant project (Philippines), NOVAS has just been assigned the bidding package "SCADA programming, commissioning and operation documentation" by Suez International for the Aglipay sewage treatment plant (Philippines) in August 2023. In this project Suez International is the main contractor to build the plant.

Aglipay sewage treatment plant belongs to the system of sewage treatment plants of Manila Water Company, Inc. The plant has a capacity of 60MLD in phase 1 and will be expanded to 120MLD capacity in phase 2. In phase 1 The plant will have 3 lines: water treatment line, sludge treatment line and odor treatment line.

The STP Aglipay project is NOVAS's second project in the Philippines as an automation subcontractor for Suez International. It is also part of the cooperation agreement between Suez International and NOVAS in developing business in the water and wastewater sector in Southeast Asia.
