On September 6^th, 2019 Duong River Surface Water Treatment Plant with production capacity of 300,000m3/ day night officially came into operation. The construction was divided into 02 phases: 1A – 150,000m3/day night and 1B- 150,000m3/day night. This is one of the biggest water treatment plants in the North Vietnam supplying treated water to more than 3 million people in Hanoi, Bac Ninh and Hung Yen. The plant with modern technology and equipment from Europe is fully automatically operated. In this project Novas has played its role as EICA subcontractor for both world leading water treatment contractors : Wabag Vatech (India)- phase 1A and Strabag AG (Austria)- phase 1B.
